Ah have seen several shorts that are made to look like skirts (which seems to me tae be the worst o' both worlds). but, does anyone know where ah can get a skirt that looks like shorts? I'm looking for something just above the knee length and it must be easily available in Britain. . I'm fed up wi' paying the customs men tae let me buy stuff from the USA.

oh, the giftie gie us, to see ou'sels as others see us! that is, wearing shorts!

Just do a search for skorts...I have one I wear when bicycling.

Just by a fairly short, denim skirt. Nobody will notice it's a skirt.

Take a pair of denim shorts, take a seam ripper and rip out the inseams, cut out the crotch, sew the inseams together front and back and VIOLA!! Denim Skirt appears.
