Post by gshubert »

A recent article in a Tacoma newspaper describes the reporter's day in a kilt,

See the comments section for some nice remarks from others about Utilikilts.

Picture yourself parachuting while wearing a kilt. Here's someone who did it...LOL :)
I had to remove this signature as it was being used on Twitter. This is my OPINION, you NEEDN'T AGREE.

Seeing the kilted parachutist reminds me of a fact about the Bristol Suspension Bridge "http://eduspace.free.fr/bridging_europe/student%20reports/hannahh.htm

"In 1885, a young woman called Sarah Ann Henley, tried to commit suicide by jumping off the bridge. The dress she had on was made of many layers of material so it acted as a parachute and broke her fall. She then live happily into her seventies."

Others have done the same and succeeded in finishing themselves - jeans don't have the same life-saving properties as a voluminous skirt.

I suppose if both 'chutes failed, he could use the kilt? :D

If I want to dress like a woman, I'll wear jeans.
