I don't know why they call that a "flounce" skirt, just looks like an A-Line skirt to me.

I saw it.
At the grocery store today, I saw a woman wearing the exact same black and white flounce skirt that is featured on that site. Looked good, too loose for me but lots of others who like loose skirts would probably like it. She was about 5'6'' and it came to just below her knees. Very striking skirt. It also looked like it would look even better with a medium thickness petticoat under it. It was similar in design to the one Buddy Tripp wore with his petticoat under that I posted a picture of for him.
