Brendan is definitely a 'male' name, and Brendan Greene is the name of the GUY that created PUBG, however, the picture seems to be, as Moon pointed out, using a female character for Brendandenimini wrote:My hope is dashed!; I thought Brendan was a male name.moonshadow wrote:Those are girls dude...

How depressing; it is probably programmed that you can not add a skirt to a male character. Poor Brendan has to adopt another body to be able to wear a skirt.
It seems easier to rebel in real life .......... now that is a turnaround.

I don't know... with all the computer geeks here surely someone can "mod" it...denimini wrote:How depressing; it is probably programmed that you can not add a skirt to a male character. Poor Brendan has to adopt another body to be able to wear a skirt.

This is how it was when we set up our Wii a few years ago. Except that I gave up and let my avatar wear trousers.denimini wrote:How depressing; it is probably programmed that you can not add a skirt to a male character. Poor Brendan has to adopt another body to be able to wear a skirt.

Nice to know that my fellow gamers are here checking in. If you look at the description of those items, it has restrictions on what characters can use them. They have both men and women if that’s any consonance. Lots of games have dudes in kilts and robes for ages. Players do like to personalize their characters but some games put restrictions on which characters genders can use which garments, even if they are just cosmetic.

I seem to recall quite a few years ago when my late ex- was still interested in the world around her and when she was coaching a "Wii Bowling" league at the local senior centre (where I was a minor hit because of my attire) everybody had their own avatars -- including me with a pony-tail, reading-glasses, a beard, and a skirt. I do not believe I had to "hack" the machine, either. This would have been the early-to-mid naughties.skirtyscot wrote:This is how it was when we set up our Wii a few years ago. I have played (and still do!) quite a number on PlayStation games. One of them Fallout 4 (post apocalyptic scenario) where clothing can be worn by either sex. Occasionally I have my male character wear a very fetching red sparkly dress! Goes well with the muscly arms and chest hair!
Other games like Witcher 3 have male characters occasionally wearing skirts and smock dresses.

Some gamers seem to be interested in putting mini skirts on male characters. Could this be the start of something in real life?

Skydiving in a mini skirt, that could be fun.

I am really not into gaming but gamers seem to get very excited about getting a mini skirt which I can relate to.
