Here are some photos of the skirt. The photo on the Macy's site doesn't match the skirt that I received. It has pleats all around just like the skirt I found on the Bon-Ton site.

The tape measure across the top of the skirt is at 18" when stretched out it gets around 19"

I love the feel of it when I tried it on but I cannot zip it at all!

Went to two*** Herberger's (Bon-Ton) stores last night and found the skirts.
Same identical ones as pictured and same measurements sized 14 ?
No listing or inventory for a size 16. So neat skirt but with no play for
increasing waist size. FYI has a zipper in the rear center seam and is
buffered with a hook and eye closing to take the stress off of the zipper
at the top. Good looking skirt but the fabric weight (with a sort of lining)
is very close to leather.

*** went to the two stores to check stock and browse the clearance returns
section just on the off hand something was not sized correctly or returned.
Often this is like shopping a thrift store - you never know what you might
find.
"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

A little update. I did send back the michael kors and the blue skirt. The kors was too small and the blue one, I didn't see myself every wearing it. It was comfortable though!

I did get both colors of this skirt: https://m.macys.com/shop/product/city-c ... goryID=131

Very comfortable and it has two big front pockets. I love this skirt and how I have 2 colors!

And I attached a few photos showing the pleated skirt I got off Amazon, I love wearing this one, it is so freeing! I have worn it with and without tights. I just love it! and the fabric actually keeps the heat in when you are sitting!

That’s a good looking skirt! I love the gray color and the pleats. And it’s flat in the front? Super bonus
