Rather decent-looking dress made for men
Rather decent-looking dress made for men
If my wardrobe were not already overfull I'd most probably order one of these. It's nice to see an everyday design rather than designers trying too hard.

It's OK I suppose. I just prefer at least short sleeves on all the garments I wear. But then I burn easily so I don't like to expose more skin than I need to.

Everything is just fine EXCEPT gotta do something about the WAIST line.
I don't have an "A" frame waist - more like a "D".
Thus need a prop - a large belt - cummerbund - sash - maybe even a fly plaid anchored at the waist instead of the shoulder.
But egads my kingdom for the waist reduction implement !
Well maybe it is not all that bad - but the waist has to start outward from the empire waist instead of the hips.
Omar the tent maker is going to hands full with this ! LOL !
OH and nice dress - I like it !

"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

Re: Rather decent-looking dress made for men
It's relatively expensive for a house dress (75 € with a 10 € surcharge if you want it long).
I'll stick to the women's clothing catalogs or if I want to be creative, I'll go a fabric store and buy some cloth and a pattern. Dresses are not that hard to make.
I agree it's nice to see a practical men's dress that has not been messed up by overly creative designers.
