Hi, I met this guy a couple days ago in a suburb of Paris. I love his green kilt, what do you think ?

Paris is just the place where such a thing could happen, for reason that one of the major fashion capitals andd secondly, ;large parts of France have their own tartan.

Not a traditional man's kilt as it closes on the left and is longer. It's typical of a ladies kilt-skirt. Looks very nice, just the same.
