No, that's a Mini; originally produced by the British Motor Corporation from 1959 and marketed as the Morris Mini-Minor and Austin Seven and, based upon the windows, wheels and headrests, likely a later model than the Mk IV. In all probability the picture on the skirt likely is a "Cooper" model.

The Morris Minor dates from 1948 and is a very different car.

I love it! And it's clearly a good design for a man ( if you like them that short) because the bright and stripey car will make any unwanted bulge hard to spot.

On second thoughts, maybe not - a mini covering the penis might be seen as a comment you'd rather not make about your anatomy?
Keep on skirting,

Something about not fitting in the boot or the bonnet now that would leave room for speculation !

When I first read the Thread I was puzzled - I saw the mini-cooper and the bright colors distracted
my attention that it was printed on a Skirt. Puzzled I don't recall that mini-coopers ever had skirts
yeah the one's that covered the rear wheels with detachable panels for tire changing flats etc.
Fender skirts for the most part where done with circa the mid 50's in the USA.

Then is dawned on me mini-cooper car printed on a skirt and not the fender skirts - so I guess my
mind is slightly out of the gutter and above the curb appeal - ROFLOL !
"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !
