Shop windwow with men in skirts

Post by skirtingtoday »

Here are several pics of a shop window in Brussels that has one of their male manikins intermittently with a skirt!

And this week (26th April 2015) - a bit difficult to see through the glass but it is a skirt!

I'd go in and buy one. Rather fancy the one in the first picture but would have to chop a couple of inches off the bottom.
It would be interesting to watch the window shoppers and listen to their comments - if any.

Very good and important for us skirt-wearers.

Nice window shopping, I'd keep going back to see that one too. Good outfits on the mannequins!
It would be good to see some of those here in North America!

But Monsieur ! A dress on a MANnequin surely you jest - but then I never heard of a WOMANnequin either !
"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

A member of our Dutch forum wrote he visited said shop 8 years ago and tried on a man skirt for the first time in his life.
The shop assistant was very helpfull and friendly.
Brussels is the place to be! Address Spoormakersstraat 37.

It could be interesting to know if the shop by showing these garments had actually sold any of them or had men trying them on.
