Like all simple ideas it's a case of "why didn't I think of that"? :)
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.

I see women wearing skirts, both above the knee length and upper calf length, riding bicycles in SF. I don't think any of them were using this trick.

Interesting... Never needed to do it myself, though. Usually wear denim a-line skirts when biking, which tend to naturally cover the crotch area, even when riding quickly.

Great idea! Its just like tying down the corner of a rain tarp in the woods. Stick a rock in the back of a corner tie a line on front around both and stake down the line. No grommet necessary.

Around here I never see women riding bicycles or wearing skirts.
They all wear really skinny jeans/pants and drive fat cars.

A simple and interesting idea but I suspect the skirts end up very creased as a result.
