Skirt Cafe is an on-line community dedicated to exploring, promoting and advocating skirts and kilts as a fashion choice for men, formerly known as men in skirts. We do this in the context of men's fashion freedom --- an expansion of choices beyond those commonly available for men to include kilts, skirts and other garments. We recognize a diversity of styles our members feel comfortable wearing, and do not exclude any potential choices. Continuing dialog on gender is encouraged in the context of fashion freedom for men. It is with a heavy heart that I must tell you all that my fiancé Stewart(Tackleberry) died last Thursday 6th May.
Unexpected and very sudden, he collapsed whilst getting ready for work. Despite heroic efforts by the paramedics nothing could be done. He was 38 years old.
Myself and all his family and friends are heartbroken and utterly devastated.
To show your support, I’d appreciate a small donation to his funeral fund, as he was so young there was no plan in place and I’ve quickly found out that dying is expensive.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Stewart.
It really is sad when someone who is so young suddenly dies without warning.

My condolences. Too young to die.
Rest in peace. Requiescat in pace.
Everyone should be honest and prudent: to keep promises and, on principle, never to promise anything to anyone.
Sorry for my English. I try not to make spelling mistakes, but for this reason my writing is very slow.
Satu, I really feel for you - you must be devastated. Time will heal the pain you feel but your memories will carry you through. We had a son die at 29 years old from leukaemia and I still feel his loss 13 years later. Take care.
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.
Hi,
Sorry for your loss. He was truly fortunate to have fallen in love with such an understanding lady, as your support for his style of dressing isn't as common as some of us would like.
