Re: The Voice of Fashion: Why Men Don’t Take So Easily to Skirts
Over the years I've had many people tell me I should leave Moon because of what he wears, how he believes and etc. I told them all including a Pastor I'm not leaving him so they better get used to it because I am not going to change him nor would I want to. Nothing he does is hurting anyone. I've h...

I have no interest in painting any nails or toenails. Happy for others to do so.

Re: Sightings "in the wild"
Fabulous picture of the three of you. Carl - chapeau on your legwear colour. That’s a magnificent shade of purple / lilac. Glad too that you share my view that purple and green are a good colour match. I’ve got tights in that very colour. Purple and green - just like a thistle! Had to say that, bein...

Fred, Carl beat me to it!
Quite a few knuckle draggers near me. They practice what would be known as the “simian stroll” - seen a lot in Manchester, UK!

Fred
I think the word you were looking for was “balderdash”.
Boulder dash is, I believe, a game.
Always useful to clarify words before posting them in bright red colour/font.

I’m with TSH on this one. Two very good examples of bad grammar.

Sorry, Carl; that was me. The phrase had much the same mirth-inducing effect on me.

Re: WWII Training Film for US Soldiers - How to Behave in Britain
I stopped at 2:45 when the American started referring to England and not Britain, despite the heading of the video clip. I can only assume that the rest is drivel. I shall not watch it.
England is not the same as Britain. If you think they are the same, you are ignorant, a cretin, or worse.

Re: NY Post: Meet the Scottish kiltmaker who dresses big-time celebrities
You don’t have to.
The whole rig will probably cost US$2,500. That’s a lot for clothing, but it will last 25 years easily. That’s US$100 per year or US$2 per week.
Far better than the throwaway polyester skirts that ruin the environment.
I’ll take the kilt option.

Howie’s a great guy. I have a three piece kilt suit of his, plus a plain grey tweed kilt. Both are amazing.
I’ll get a pinstripe kilt suit before I’m done. It won’t be cheap but it will be amazing.
