Re: Anti-Asian(Chinese Virus)

The Lady in the video is correct. Generally, Americans aren't racist. But there are certainly those who are, as in every country. When the problem that does exist, is exacerbated by by those in charge, who say crass, dangerous things. It encourages dangerous behaviour, they feel empowered by such st...

LOL! Yeah, I bet if I went in my usual sort of outfit it's at least 50/50 I'd get the same response.

Re: bike riding

This video covers most points, and shows how to ride a bike with a saddle at the correct height for efficient pedalling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0CJk5UpY4w 2 points. if you are riding with the saddle too low, you waste pedalling effort, and will find it difficult to maintain proper pedallin...

Re: Test due Server Error

It has been looking quite nasty down there. It's next to nothing compared to the two weeks we just had in Calgary, but they simply don't expect that sort of weather in Texas. I suggest they might want to look into preparing for more extreme weather in future. Climate change can mean colder as well a...

Re: thanks for admitting me

Welcome. I am from Calgary, but a trip to Vancouver was the first time I spent several days wearing skirts. Since then I have started wearing them more or less full time.

Re: bike riding

One way to avoid flashing when mounting is to lower the bike far enough that you can clear the bar/seat by bending the knee only. It requires you to be careful about how far you stand from the bike when you lower it. This is also helpful for those of us who are stiff in the hips.

Re: Nap Dresses for Men

I would call what I'm wearing right now, a "Nap Dress"

It's soft knit long sleeve merino wool dress. Fairly plain, with a little buckle detail on the hip to give it a some shape, and a slightly loose turtle neck. Very comfortable.

All of this "Impeachment" talk us mute anyway. You can't impeach a private citizen. You can only impeach a sitting official in a government office, to have him/her removed from that office. Past-President Trump is now a private citizen. He can't be impeached. End of story :!: Uncle Al :mr...

Hope the link works, but I am sure that many who like skirts on
the shorter side will find the styles a bit stuffy.
I think that was the one I saw.

Re: Dress

I stumbled across a website some time ago, and it was aimed at people wanting traditional look, "modest" clothing. Sort of midwest farm look? I think they had stuff like this. Can't find it now, does it ring any bells with anyone? EDIT: Found this, don't think it the same thing, but might ...

Slightly odd design, the wrap is at the back?

Not a bad look, but $95? I don't think so.

Corporal Klinger!

I just imagine someone asking him "Why are you wearing a dress?'

Re: FBI investigating Antifa, BLM and The Democrat Party

Get past the first few words about Gun Training and you'll find a very interesting, factual article of Who instigated the siege on Capital Hill. John Sullivan is an idiot. He has now been arrested. He is also One Man. Are you seriously trying to say he alone instigated the insurrection of Jan 6th? ...
