the otter problem...one of the Government Agency may have a successfull agenda...
Removal of weed is another problem...Some tried to use chemicals

An otter poacher could soon sort this out

There had been a cliff fall which blocked the access to my store.
The sea had brought two feet of sea weed across our slipway.
So home across a field of sheep with their winter Lambs
