Re: New Game
So far I have been wearing black leggings rolled up at the ankles with pleated black skirt and people on the street don’t bat an eyelid. However, I sometimes wonder if I’d get a different reaction if I replaced the leggings with a pair of sheer black tights or fishnet tights. I’ve never really dared...

Re: Will Skirts Ever be Mainstream for Men?
I originally started thinking about wearing skirts a few years ago when I started wearing leggings as I found it difficult looking for UK waist size 44 size trousers or jeans. I found leggings very comfortable and they made me feel good and I find it much more comfortable walking in them. The only p...

Re: Trousers, Women have more....
I have no idea which part of Scotland you are in. But a couple of years ago, we took a family holiday in Scotland, based in an AirBnb in a little fishing village on the north bank of the Forth river downstream from my favourite bridge in the world. That’s got to be the world famous Forth Bridge whi...

Re: Trousers, Women have more....
When I dress I want to dress with style and wearing a skirt is a versatile form of clothing that can look good with almost anything. I am a creative and artistic guy with an interest in art, music, design (especially fashion design) and naturally I want to dress interestingly. Most men’s clothes are...

Re: Doing away with "Embracing feminity"
I always feel at peace with myself and calm and relaxed when I embrace my feminine side. Every Saturday night I put on a skirt and a pair of sheer tights and listen to music and have a relaxing glass of wine or Bacardi and coke I feel I’m in heaven. I mentioned this to my mental health counsellor an...
Re: Migraines
Playing guitar helps me with relaxation or doing something to occupy my mind. However, I have anxiety, depression and panic disorder and those relaxation techniques help with that too.
Re: Migraines
1. sufferers may assume they are having an aura attack when something else is happening, like a mini-stroke (A transient ischaemic attack or TIA), and ignore it when they shouldn't. So it's a good idea to be aware of the differences. My mother suffered a lot with mini strokes and sadly died of a br...
Migraines
I have been suffering from migraines since my early 20s. In my early 20s it was only migraine headaches I got then in my late 30s I started getting migraine aura which is when my vision becomes distorted and dim and I loose focus and see multi coloured jagged shapes dancing in my vision and a feelin...

Re: Dr Who
In regenerating the Doctor should have gone into Jodie Whittaker’s clothes, The new doctor body in the clothes of the old doctor. Total logic in the story. Man doctor in woman doctors's clothes. Nothing to do with man having rights to wear a skirt. Yeah I too feel that when Jodie Whittaker regenera...

Re: Dr Who
I’m really surprised with Russell T Davies’ decision considering he is a big supporter of LGBTQ. I too myself didn’t think Jodie’s outfit was extremely feminine and hasn’t David Tennant dressed as a woman before when he was on an episode of Rab C Nesbit and a Channel 4 quiz show where he dressed as ...

Re: Dr Who
I thought I’d resurrect this thread as I came across an interesting article about the reasons David Tennant didn’t wear Jodie Whittaker’s Dr Who outfit once regenerated as Russell T Davies was concerned that David Tennant wearing the opposite genders clothes would cause ridicule with national newspa...
Re: back pain
I get lower back pain quite often and it makes me feel miserable. However, I find a tennis ball gives me relief when I get minor lower back pain. I just lie down on a hard surface and put a tennis ball behind my back at the affected area and roll it around and it’s gives good relief.

Re: I finally wore a skirt in public
Thanks for the heads up. I’ve decided to buy online from Shein. They sell plus size skirts and dresses which look really good and they are an affordable price. I bought myself a black pinafore dress which looks lovely. https://www.shein.co.uk/SHEIN-EZwear-Plus-Solid-Overall-Dress-Without-Tee-p-27633...

Re: I finally wore a skirt in public
I’ll second that. You will be self conscious at first but that passes quickly. I do still feel self conscious going out in a skirt but I know it will pass. I remember the first time going out in leggings I nearly had a panic attack when I opened the front door to go out but now I have no problem an...

Re: I finally wore a skirt in public
I’ll see what I can do but ideally I’d prefer it if I lost a bit weight first before posting a selfie on my pictures page.
