Ou trouver une jupe pour homme

This was featured in the French news and provides an insight into the issue of men's sizing when it comes to clothing designed for women. The report also highlights some reputable shopping destinations. https://hommeurbain.com/ou-trouver-une-jupe-pour-homme/ For translation purposes, I recommend usi...

Why men are buying "womenswear"

I prefer women’s jeans – men’s lack design subtlety’: why men are buying womenswear Men are finding some women’s clothes are better designed and cut, made of better fabric – and cheaper. From cotton vests on influencers to designer blazers on Prince Harry, men borrowing womenswear is on the rise htt...

Another all-gender skirt from ADIDAS. Here's the link to the ADIDAS store featuring a new skirt that even a man can confidently wear. What do you think? It even seems available in Kuwait.

The Beskirted Man

I recently stumbled upon this online magazine, and I must say, the articles are incredibly up-to-date. It's not solely focused on skirts, either. The man behind "The Beskirted Man "identifies as a bearded, cis, heterosexual man with a feminine side who strongly dislikes [rad-fem hate-speec...

The 5th Fashion Freedom Fest

Spreading the word, I would like to point out the Fashion Freedom Fest in Denmark. It is hosted for the 5th time by Dylan Cawthorne, who you might already know from his TED Talk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XbPt5fsDrm0). Re: Interesting article

A good idea is to combine the blue dress with a white T-shirt. Together with a hat, sunglasses, shoulder bag, and camera, it results in a summery outfit that fits perfectly for a tourist on a sightseeing tour. You could also casually stroll around St. Mark's Square in Venice in it.

Re: Interesting article

Interestingly, the report is in the femail section. So, is this somehow women's stuff?

Such a test should be done in different cities. Are the reactions the same in Nashville?

Re: Dresses?

gender free universe, the garments intended for men would have broader shoulders. Can I also add that as one swallow does not make a summer, one illustration from antiquity is no indicator of the social norms of the period. I will agree that the garments are all unbifurcated, maybe even very simila...

Re: Dresses?

Here you see the same gored cut in a medieval Cotte, worn by one man and two women. The design shows only slight gender differences in width, hem length, or color. Basically, un-bifurcated clothing was intended for everyone, regardless of gender.

Re: Dresses?

I bought this dress after a vacation in Egypt in a women's department because the design is exactly like an Egyptian Jellabiya. The bodice is tighter and the A-line skirt is flaring because two triangular gores were sewn in. The medieval cotte or cote (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cotte) was also c...

Re: Denim skirt from Benetton

I think Benetton is trying too hard to make the skirt look suitable for men. Instead of a kilt-like design with pleats at the back and a wrapped front, they should have, as others have pointed out, considered a more normal and functional skirt, as already available for women and just offer that in m...

Denim skirt from Benetton

Benetton offers a wrap midi denim skirt in its New Collection. It is a mid-calf length skirt in pure cotton chambray. Plain front panel, back pleats, and clashing white stitching. Slightly flared cut and wrap closure with side buckle. I like it. https://us.benetton.com/wrap-midi-skirt-dark-blue-42CL...
