It's amazing how we can take a few days off with an exercise program and it feels like we have just started. If we take too long, we have to rebuild our habit of exercise just being part of our daily routine.

The compression shorts would defeat the purpose of wearing the skirt. Isn’t the purpose of MUGs to move away from the confinement of a bifurcated garments?

Just one mans opinion.

Slowing down is certainly what I'm trying to do. It's time to stop and smell the roses. We have some work which we must do each and every day. I try to take a short break every afternoon. Perhaps I can create a new habit.
